 Men's Groups

 

Ignite Men's Group: Wish you knew how to be a man and follow God at the same time Wish you could get connected to other guys who are heading in the same direction you are? Join this on-going men's group that meets every Wednesday night 6:30pm at the Downriver Council for the Arts Building, located at 81 Chestnut St., Wyandotte. Men’s Coffee: The men of Wyandotte Family meet every week at Tim Horton's in downtown Wyandotte. Spend the morning sharing and growing with Christian men over a cup of your favorite morning drink! Books are chosen to study as a group that help you become closer to God. Men's Coffee will be meeting TUESDAY morning at 6:30am. Sign up to join here

  

Women's Groups

   

This is my Story:  Meeting every Monday at the church facility at 6:45 PM. Our personal stories are so significant because they give us an opportunity to see what God has done in our lives, and to encourage others who may be walking through a similar situation. If you’d like to join in on the fun, sign up year-round here. Led by Lisa Nagle.

Lunch Bunch: Join us on the 2nd Wednesday of each month, at varying locations (see communicator for those details). We're just a bunch of ladies meeting over a table, making new friendships. No judgments, no label. Come join us! A seat is reserved for you! Conversations, laughter, and even meeting someone new!

FLAVOR: FLAVOR stands for Faithful Ladies: A Victorious Ongoing Relationship. Would you like to meet new friends? Connect with other women of all ages? Have time to relax and relate? We will meet on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at various downriver locations. Check the weekly communicator for details on upcoming gatherings. Sign up here.

Rivergate Outreach: This is a Woman's Outreach to the residents at Rivergate Terrace, to spend time with the men & woman there, showing them compassion and love. We might play games or do a craft. Meeting at Rivergate Terrace, 14141 Pennsylvania Rd, Riverview on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month, from 6pm - 8:30pm. Sign up to be a part of this group here.

Mom Time: Calling all Moms! Meeting at Kathy Estep's home, Mom Time takes place twice a month on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday from 9-10:30 AM. Childcare will be provided. 

 

CO-ED Groups

 

First Steps: First Steps to Getting Connected to the Family is our 4-week membership class in Wyandotte. This class is an excellent opportunity to learn more about Wyandotte Family, our core values, vision, and beliefs. It's also a great place to ask questions in a relaxed environment. Our next First Steps group will be Oct 7th at the church facility during the 9 AM Gathering. We will be meeting in the Roots room. 

 

Facilities Team: Do you enjoy working with tools? Would you like to work side-by-side with other men and women from Wyandotte Family? Join us every Tuesday night at 6:30 PM at the church facility for building repairs, renovations, and upkeep. There is a task for everyone, no matter your skill level!

 

SALT: Every first Saturday we serve in the kitchen to provide food to the needy in the Downriver Area with a hot meal and a bag lunch to go. Touch the people in our community by showing that you care, praying with them, and giving them your smile. Sign up to receive Liz’s monthly email to let you know our donation & serving needs. Every FIRST SATURDAY of the month at 11:00a.m. at the Wayne Wright Soup Kitchen, located at First Congregation Church, 98 Superior St, Wyandotte.
